Client Services Team Lead
Jessica graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences from Ohio University in June of 1996 with dreams of moving on to Veterinary School within a year or two. She moved to Indianapolis in 1998 and began her career at Michigan Road Animal Hospital as a Client Service Associate. She quickly fell in love with the hospital, it's team, the clients, their pets, and her job of client education. She realized that client education & management were her passion and abandoned her vet school dreams. Jessica advanced to Client Services Team Leader a year after she began working at Michigan Road Animal Hospital and along the way has delved into other areas of the practice. She also plays an active role in practice management, human resources, web design & development, and social media. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, attended Veterinary Management School in Denver, Colorado, and is a member of the Veterinary Management Association of Indiana.
When she's not at work you can find Jessica hanging out with her family at their home in Westfield. She and her husband Brian have two two-legged kids, Austin & Lily as well as Oliver & Jack-their two rescued kitty cat fur babies. They enjoy spending time with their extended family and love to travel to see family who don't live in Indiana.

Inventory Specialist, Patient Care Advisor
Jim is one of the many friendly faces you’ll see working with your fur-baby—he is one of our nurses, so he works directly with your pet and your pet’s veterinarian. Jim is also our Inventory Specialist-so he handles ordering, cataloguing and making sure we have what we need to take care of our patients. From bandages to saline and also the food and medications we keep on hand—it’s a big job and Jim is amazing at it! Your pets are in good hands when Jim is around.
Jim has been with our hospital since June of 2002 when we practiced out of one hospital on Michigan Road. He’s been with our 96 th Street office since we opened in 2008. His career helping pets at our hospital started many years ago when he decided to switch out of the computer gaming industry & follow his passion for pets into the veterinary industry. We are so glad he did!
Jim enjoys spending time with his family on their farm, attending his kids’ hockey games, and finding clever ways to spend date nights with his wife when he’s not at the hospital. When they aren’t emptying the chicken coops of eggs or running around with their two dogs Astro and Stitch-- Jim and his wife can be found at the local ice rink practicing curling or spending time with their family. Say hi to Jim the next time you are in!
