VMG Comes To The Circle City
This past weekend Indianapolis was the host city for a Veterinary Management Group (VMG) conference that we are proud to be members of as well. This annual event features a four day conference with a variety of management sessions which offer the unique opportunity for colleagues to talk candidly about their practice management successes and challenges. It is not only an honor for our hospitals to be the host this year but also members of VMG, as VMG practices are looked to as the “best of the best” in the veterinary profession.
We were excited to host a reception for these practice owners and their guests last Friday evening—the first night of the conference. The reception was held at Michigan Road Animal Hospital at 96th Street and members of our three hospitals management teams as well as our veterinarians had the opportunity to greet the attendees. It was a fun reception and a great opportunity for our team to be able meet veterinarians from across the country & chat a little about their practices. Two of our Doctors-Dr. Rod Duncan (Michigan Road Animal Hospital Crooked Creek) & Dr. Carey Wasem (Zionsville Animal Hospital) have been attending the conference.
We are positive that this year’s VMG conference will be as successful as those in the past have been in the sharing of knowledge to help further our abilities as an outstanding veterinary hospital for our communities & staff. By participating in VMG, our hospitals are better positioned to provide the best health care for your furry, family members. Please give our office a call if you want to learn more!
